Step 2: Investigate damages. One of our professional estimators will discuss the details of your loss in order to assess the damage, determine what needs to be repaired or replaced and will provide you with an estimate. He or she can also help guide you through the claims process.
Step 3: Review estimate. After we complete our inspection and write an estimate of damages, you review the estimate and ask any questions you may have. After we receive your written authorization, we can order necessary parts and begin repairing your car. We will give you an estimated completion date after all parts have arrived and work can begin.
Step 4: Repair your car. Our trained professionals will bring your vehicle back to pre-accident condition in a timely manner. Your estimator will keep you updated on the status of your repairs every few days.
Step 5: Life returns to normal. Your car is washed and ready for pickup. You receive a call from your estimator going over the details of payment, including any deductible and/or betterment that may apply. We guarantee your satisfaction with our repairs 100%, and give you a lifetime warranty.
